Tortilla de patatas
Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 4 or 5 eggs
- 1kg potatoes
- Olive oil
Cut the potatoes into small pieces, and fry them with good Spanish olive oil.
When the potatoes are ready, mix them with strongly mixed eggs and add the salt.
Cook it on strong fire in a frying pan with a little olive oil. Enjoy.
